Florália Hematite Iron Ore Project (DSO)
A near-surface, high-grade Direct Shipping Ore (DSO) deposit located in the heart of Brazil’s Iron Quadrangle. With excellent infrastructure in place and a clear path to production by H1 2027, Florália is positioned to deliver significant near-term cash flow with low capital intensity.

Strategically Located in a World-Class Mining District
Located just 70km east of Belo Horizonte in Minas Gerais, Florália sits within Brazil’s most prolific mining hub. The property covers approximately 613 hectares and is surrounded by major operations from Vale and ArcelorMittal. Unlike remote projects, Florália benefits from immediate access to established logistics.
Located just 15 km from an existing railway terminal.
Situated 16 km from Vale’s Brucutu mine and 26 km from ArcelorMittal’s operations.
Connected via a 15 km established haul road to rail terminals and domestic steel mills.

- Road Network: Connected via a 15 km established haul road to rail terminals and domestic steel mills.
Significant Resource Potential
Recent exploration campaigns, including high-resolution airborne magnetic/LiDAR surveys and extensive drilling, have significantly expanded the project’s scale. The deposit features a “bull’s-eye” magnetic anomaly correlating with high-grade hematite mineralization.
64 Mt to 106 Mt grading 52% to 58% Fe.
47 Mt to 79 Mt grading 60% to 66% Fe (post-processing).
6 diamond drill holes (761m) intersected 222m of oxidized iron formation; 86 auger holes intersected 143m of iron formation.
- Oxide Geological Target: 64 Mt to 106 Mt grading 52% to 58% Fe.
- Estimated Product Target: 47 Mt to 79 Mt grading 60% to 66% Fe (post-processing)
- Drilling Highlights (2025): 6 diamond drill holes (761m) intersected 222m of oxidized iron formation; 86 auger holes intersected 143m of iron formation
Note: The potential quantity and grade is conceptual in nature. Insufficient exploration has been defined to estimate a Mineral Resource.
Premium Product, Minimal Environmental Footprint
Florália is a Direct Shipping Ore (DSO) project. The iron ore is friable and high-grade, allowing for simple processing without the need for complex flotation or hazardous tailings dams.
Crushing, screening, and dry magnetic separation.
Recent tests achieved an average mass recovery of 74%, increasing Fe grades by up to 15.2% to produce a premium commercial concentrate.
Tests confirm low phosphorous levels (0.01% to 0.05%), making the product highly desirable for blending.
No water usage, no tailings dams required—significantly de-risking the permitting process.
Fast-Track Development Roadmap
We are advancing Florália rapidly towards production, targeting H1 2027.
The project is characterized by exceptionally low projected capital and operating costs.
1.5 Million tonnes per annum (Mtpa)
Est. implementation costs of ~USD 12 Million
Targeted operating cost of ~USD 15 per tonne

Exploration Insights
This drone video showcases the high-resolution magnetic and LiDAR survey conducted over the Florália Hematite Iron Ore Property. Spanning 140 line-kilometers with 50-meter spacing, the survey highlights a remarkable 1,500m by 1,000m bull’s-eye anomaly.
These advanced geophysical insights provide a detailed view of the property’s potential, guiding exploration efforts and unlocking promising targets for further development.
