Upcoming Catalysts
Florália Maiden Resource Estimate
Drilling is underway to support a maiden NI 43-101 mineral resource estimate, targeted ahead of the feasibility study, which is planned for 2027. No mineral resource has been defined on the Florália Property to date.
Florália Technical and Economic Studies
The Company is planning technical and economic studies on the Florália DSO project as exploration advances. A feasibility study and a construction decision are targeted for 2027, with first production targeted for the second half of 2027. Any feasibility-level study is contingent on first defining a mineral resource, and any construction reference is subject to a positive feasibility study, environmental licensing and financing. No production decision has been made.
Florália EIA/RIMA Licensing
State environmental licensing (EIA/RIMA) is in progress with SEMAD in Minas Gerais and is the key path item to a construction decision. The dry processing route needs no water permit and no tailings dam. Permitting requirements are subject to regulatory review and have not been finalized.
Northwind 2026 Drill Program
A 2026 exploration program at the Northwind gold property (Quebec) will integrate the October 2025 IP anomaly framework with diamond drilling on priority targets.
Mineral Resource Cautionary: The Company has not defined any mineral resources or mineral reserves on any of its properties. The Florália Exploration Target is conceptual in nature; there has been insufficient exploration to define a mineral resource and it is uncertain if further exploration will result in the determination of a mineral resource. There is no guarantee that exploration will result in the discovery of an economic mineral deposit. Mineral exploration is inherently speculative and involves significant risk. The catalysts listed above are forward-looking statements based on current plans and assumptions, and actual results may differ materially. Past performance is not indicative of future results.
