This policy explains what 26 Metals Inc. ("the Company", "we") collects on twentysixmetals.com and boltmetals.com, why, and the choices you have.
Site analytics. We use PostHog to understand how the site is used. Until you choose Accept in the banner, measurement is cookieless and anonymous: nothing is written to your device and no session is recorded. If you accept, PostHog may set cookies and browser storage to recognise a returning browser and may record how pages are used. If you decline, your choice is remembered in your browser and only anonymous measurement runs. Campaign parameters carried in a link you clicked (for example UTM tags) are kept in your browser storage and attached to analytics events so we can see which outreach brings visitors.
Forms. When you request the investor deck or sign up for updates you give us your email address. Forms are processed by Netlify Forms and your address is passed to our email service provider so we can send the deck, news releases and milestone updates. Hidden fields record which page and campaign the form came from. Each email we send includes an unsubscribe link.
Hosting logs. Our host, Netlify, keeps standard server logs, including IP addresses, for security and operations.
Email you send us. If you write to info@twentysixmetals.com we keep the correspondence for as long as needed to respond and for our records.
The Investors page embeds TradingView charts, which load from TradingView's servers under TradingView's own privacy terms. Page fonts load from Google Fonts. Analytics data is processed by PostHog on servers in the United States, and form data by Netlify in the United States.
We do not sell personal information. We do not use your email address for anything other than the updates you asked for and replies to your enquiries.
You can change your analytics choice at any time by clearing this site's data in your browser, after which the banner appears again. You can unsubscribe from any email using the link in it. Under Canadian privacy law (PIPEDA, and provincial laws including Quebec's Law 25 and British Columbia's PIPA) you may ask what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or withdraw consent. Write to info@twentysixmetals.com. We respond within 30 days.
